PAINTING CHAOS

After I graduated from college I had was faced with the challenge of not being able to access a facility with equipment to produce photographs. It was a disappointing situation going several months without creating any artwork. However my creative energy was ignited once again after discovering the beauty of mixed paints while repainting my bedroom. It was a liberating experience to once again make artwork. I prefer to use recycled, redected, and unwanted household acrylic paint that has been returned to paint stores for undisclosed reasons. I also liked to incorporate found organic materials from areas that I frequently visit, including the beach, my backyard, and areas around surrounding my neighborhood. Like a symphony conductor I threw, spilled, poured, and bleed my soul into each piece.
